Shipping policy

Shipping Policies:

RTS (ready to ship) items will be shipped with 5 business days, excluding holidays and weekends.

Pre-orders merchandise will take 2-4 weeks to be processed and shipped after the preorder closing date.

Orders are shipped via USPS and UPS. Tracking will be emailed to the email associated with the order.

All packages are shipped insured via USPS and UPS. If a packaged if lost, you will need to file a claim with the shipper.

We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. You will have to contact  UPS or USPS (based on shipping method selected at checkout).

If a package is returned, you will have to pay for shipping again.
